Vedic Meditation is one of the oldest and most natural forms of meditation. It is practiced for 20 minutes while sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. Even children learn this technique with ease and yet, students report results in a matter of weeks. Step 1: Attend a Free Intro

  • We'll meet for about an hour
  • Learn about the various types of meditation out there
  • Understand why so many people struggle to quiet their monkey mind
  • We'll correct some of the misnomers about meditation 
  • Learn how Vedic Meditation can be effortless and yet deliver benefits immediately

Step 2: Attend The Course

  • 4 consecutive day course of 1-2 hours each day
  • Each course is tailored to your needs
  • Learn the proper mechanics 
  • Understand how stress is stored in the body
  • Understand different experiences of meditation
  • You'll leave making meditation the best part of your daily routine

Step 3: Ongoing Support
